January Stable News

We started 2021 in the same fashion that we ended 2020, with plenty of winners and good performances!!!

The highlight of the month was definitely the 2 day Sapphire Coast Bega Cup Carnival. We were proud to sponsor 2 races over the carnival and had a big contingent of owners in attendance. They had a great time which made for a very enjoyable couple of days … especially given the very vocal cheering and flamboyant celebrations!!!

Foxtrot Bravo broke his Maiden in good style at Wagga and backed this up with a tough effort to run 3rd in the $50,000 Sapphire Coast Cup.

Club Legend and Magico Hombre both produced excellent first up performances to win at Sapphire Coast whilst Golly I’m Lucky was of so “unlucky” in the $80,000 Bega Cup when he missed the start by 3 lengths then rattled home to finish 2nd.

Divine Breath, River Charge, Without Equal (2) and King Tat also added further placings to their records whilst The Guru was very good in finishing 4th in the $150,000 Final of the Summer Provincial Series.

Covid restrictions continually change, however we are now able to allow owners to visit the stables. Please do not attend the stables if you have been unwell or recently been in a hotspot area. For race meetings, please continue to carefully read emails sent from individual race clubs for details on attending races and pre-registration requirements.
