Bateup Racing’s love affair continues with the Sapphire Coast after the stable claimed 3 winners, 2 close seconds, a third and a fourth placing all in the one day.
Theresa Maree won at her second race start for Jess Taylor, whilst Kayla Nisbet won on Sapphire Coast specialist Jarrett and Eskimo Commander broke through for a well deserved Maiden win. Halliday Road added his eighth consecutive placing for Josh Richards going down by the narrowest of margins to run 2nd.
Water Line produced a much improved effort to finish 2nd beaten a short half neck with Ballistic Motive hitting the line nicely to run 4th.
Titaness was honest to run third to Jarrett.
