Another season has come to an end and once again it has been quite a successful season for the stable, culminating with winning back to back Trainer’s Premierships at Sapphire Coast!
It came down to the final meeting of the season, with Mickey Jay finally putting it altogether to storm away to an easy victory first up and seal the premiership for us.
Monegal will also be awarded Horse of the Year at Sapphire Coast (this is also our second successive win for the Horse of the Year title with Jarrett taking out the crown last season).
Jarrett produced a tough effort to win at Kembla Grange earlier in the month.
Monegal has been producing outstanding performances in town finishing in the placings at Rosehill and Canterbury.
2yo River Charge made an outstanding debut at Nowra in finishing 2nd whilst Burden of Proof and Stryke the Gates added further placings to their records.
We finished the 2018/19 racing season with 17.5 winners, 19 seconds, 30 thirds, 21 fourths and 30 fifth placings equating to more than 50% of our runners finishing in the first 5. We look forward to producing even better results in the new season with a number of our 2yo’s (about to turn 3yo’s) ready to hit their straps after being given time to mature

We have invested in an Equissage (Equine Therapy) for the stables which the horses are thoroughly enjoying their massage after they work!!!
