We had a super day at Sapphire Coast yesterday . Taking down 5 runners, we came home with 2 winners, a 2nd and a 3rd placing . Divine Breathe was ultra impressive in winning the 1000m Maiden first up. Spotting the leaders a big margin turning for home “Angel” unleashed a devastating turn of foot to win clearly. Heaven or Hell (our staff horse) then led all the way to easily win the 1200m Maiden. Freaky Freckles made up good ground to run 2nd, whilst Ma Bella Rosie also hit the line well to run 3rd. The winning double also brought up our 50th winner for the Bateup / Jess Taylor combination . A big thank you to Jess Taylor, we now look forward to bringing up 100 winners together!!! Thank you to Prestige Race Horse Transport and the fantastic Christine Sullivan for getting our horses safely to the races , and to Sapphire Coast Turf Club and the race sponsors.
