Our 5 new yearling fillies from the HTBA Sale are enjoying a spell at Kooringal Stud before heading to the breaker’s. They are:

- Winning Rupert x Poppins – “Poppi”
- Exceedance x Capella Di Piazza – “Cappi”
- Sooboog x Stella Di Paco – “Stella” and
- Star Turn x Miss Kyeema – “Emma”
Yearling Filly by Headwater x Purr Itty Kitty
“Kitty” is a stylish filly by proven stallion Headwater whose fillies include Jamea; Mileva and Aitch Two Oh. She was purchased at the HBTA sale from the Riversdale draft.
Kitty is the 2nd foal from a young, winning mare by Sizzling. Her first foal by Deep Field sold for $170k as a yearling and then for $280k at the Breeze Up Sale. This is a prolific family of tough, stakes winning horses through the 2nd and 3rd dams
Kitty is a good sized filly with depth, strength and length and she covers the ground well.

Yearling Filly by Winning Rupert x Poppins
“Poppi” is a running type of filly and is the first foal from an O’Reilly mare. She was purchased at the HBTA sale from the Nunski Park draft
She is a neat filly that just looks like she will run!! She will continue to grow into herself and develop into a good sized filly

Yearling Filly by Exceedance x Capella Di Piazza
“Cappi” is a very athletic filly by exciting first season sire Exceedance. She was purchased at the HBTA sale from the Willow Park draft.
She is the 2nd foal of a Big Brown mare and is from the family of Palazzo Publico and My Sienna. She was bought as a weanling for $75k so I think we got her as a bargain when we bought her as a yearling for only $6000.
Cappi is very light on her feet and nicely put together. She will continue to grow into herself

Yearling Filly by Sooboog x Stella Di Pacco
“Stella” is strong filly by Sooboog who has recently been siring plenty of winners. She was purchased at the HBTA sale from the Kitchwin Hills draft.
She is the 4th foal of a 2 year old stakes winning mare that has already produced the 3 time winner Hajime Naoki as well as Soobooco who is a full brother to our fillyl and has so far had 5 strarts for 4 second placings..
Stella is a great bodied filly with plenty of strength and a great mover.

Yearling Filly by Star Turn x Miss Kyeema
“Emmy” is an athletic filly by prolific winner getter Star Turn. She was purchased at the HBTA sale from the Golden Grove draft.
She is the first foal from a winning Denman mare and from the family of Angel of Truth and Franjelica.
Emmy still has some maturing to do but has a nice frame to develop into and has plenty of athleticism.
