7 Year-old Gelding Arrows Destiny has won his first race at home by a short head in the Boab Services BM64 Handicap over a distance of 2000m.
In trying conditions, Billy Owen got the job done after making a move on leader Leave Ya Numba 500m mark with Curata Princess lurking on the oustide. After striking the lead at the 400m mark, the 3-horse battle ensued down the straight with Arrow holding the lead through the line.
The son of Aussie Rules has now won 4 races in the last 12 months and featured admirably in the Sky Racing Spring Provincial final.
