Charge Forward has been a reliable sire of sprinter/milers with a high 65% winners: runners ratio. He has produced 28 stakes winners and does a good job with 2 year olds. However, his stock also train on. I have a good opinion of our Charge Forward gelding, River Charge and believe we are yet to see the best of him.. My inspection notes were:
Smaller type, compact, short back – typical Charge Forward sprinting type, good overstep, clean legs, neat, cute head. This colt will be gelded and looks a real jump and run type. X-rays were low risk.
