Pluck is not a fashionable stallion but I’ve had some good experiences with his stock including our promising 2 year old Steve Steve Steve and the handy mare Titaness. I think the best of Pluck’s progeny conform to a “type” and this filly fits that bill. Coming from such a strong family, this girl has plenty of scope for residual value as a broodmare if she or any of her siblings do well on the track. Her dam currently has a weanling colt by Flying Artie.
My inspection notes were:
Nice sized filly, good body, athletic, good overstep and gaskin, still immature and narrow in front, kind eye. Very much the “Pluck” type that I like. No x-rays were taken on this filly.
