Despite pre-race jitters, Bijalee has stormed home on a heavy track at Nowra to claim his Maiden win.
Bijalee bounced out in front in the trying conditions sitting behind Hasty Minx around the bend. Holding a steady pace, Bijalee closed the gap at the home turn before kicking away. At the 250m, he strode to a clear lead, bolting home to win by 2.5 lengths.
